Notes

When I started my run, I was practically limping because of my left knee. After 0.25 miles, the knee felt much better, but the last few days it has been very sore going up and down steps. Need more ice therapy.

What a beautiful day for a run. It was windy though, and that affected my pace in several places. Through some of the neighborhood turns it felt like the wind was blowing at me from every direction, but not incredibly strong. Today's run went better than Wednesday's long run, speed-wise. This is likely because I did a recovery run and spin yesterday, but no speed work. Wednesday's workout was preceded by my 9 mile speed workout on Tuesday.
