Notes

Extra focus on calves; hamstrings, quads. Skipped IT bands to work on feet. I've been feeling an odd tightness across the bottom of my right foot (near the base of the peroneus brevis and longus tendons). It's not painful at all, but I just want to make note of it. My feet are probably adjusting to additional mid-strike landing I've been focusing on.
