This was done as part of the DJ HIT class (high intensity). We repeated each exercise 8 times, each time for 20 seconds, then had 10 seconds rest. After 8 sets, we moved on to the next exercise within the 10 second rest period. We got through 11 exercises, so I ended up doing the boxing portion twice.
1 8xBoxing w/dumbbells (5 lb dumbbells)
2 8xSumo Squats w/dumbbells (15 lb dumbbells)
3 8xSwitch Stance Med. Ball Bounce (8LB medicine ball)
4 8xSquat Should Press w/DB (15lb dumbbells)
5 8xSpeed Curls w/res. band
6 8xKnee-ins w/feet on Floor Discs
7 8xSprint on spin bike
8 8xKettle Bell Swings (~50lb kettlebell)
9 8xJump Squats
10 8xPush Ups (7 to 8 pushups each, for a total of about 60)
11 8xBoxing w/dumbbells (repeat of #1)
