This was just a quick barefoot fun run in the snow immediately after running 4.66 miles in my shoes. Plows had just put down some rock salt on the snow, so I could feel that. Otherwise, it was a great barefoot run. Upon my return to Gold's gym, Mike Dertony (previous finance employee at DJ) caught me barefoot. I was hoping no one would see me, but he opened his car window and told me "Frank, just stop all the crazy stuff." If he only knew the whole truth.
