Notes

Ab exercises after Jen's spin class.

1) Sit-ups on the bench (with two risers), 2 sets of 15.

2) Leg lifts with a 1 second hold at the top. 2 sets of 15.

3) Side planks with hip dips using two risers and a step. Two sets of 15, each side.

4) Step down and up from plank position with feet on step with risers. 10 step down-ups.

5) Plank position with feet on step with risers: roll forward and back, 15 times.
