Notes
This was a challenging run with Dimitri, especially during the last 4 miles. I'm glad he outlined a plan and we stuck to it, or even exceeded it during several miles. I completed a tough speed workout at 7pm last night, so to do a long run with some speedy miles mixed in less than 12 hours later was a challenge. However, I pushed through because I didn't sense any chance of injury. My leg muscles and core were strong; this was simply a case of overall fatigue especially also after a high-intensity 45 minutes of karate this morning, and a bad night of sleep (work several times). The canal path is nice and soft and I focused on good form throughout.
