Ah, love recovery runs. My left knee was sore at the start, but after 0.25 miles it felt better. My knee is also sore climbing steps. I was bored by mile 3, so I grabbed some 8 or 10 pound dumbbells and did about 150 slow alternating bicep curls while finishing the last two miles. I also did about 50 overhead presses.
