Workout: Stepping Stone run, 6 miles total.
2 x (mile @ 6:40, mile @ 6:10, mile @ 5:40)
Felt smooth throughout. Coach said to keep it on the easier side, so opted for a stepping stone run, which is just repeating a shortened progression run. Mentally easier than a typical progression run.
