Notes

Achilles/ Soleus has been bugging me since coming back from the post-marathon break. So gonna reset the build up and start super conservatively at 20-25 min runs + a ton of ancillary training. Gotta start off on the right footing and build a solid foundation if I'm gonna have a successful build up to Chicago. Immediate goals are to just get to a point where I'm able to run 6-7 days/week without pain (something I didn't even really accomplish in my build up to champaign, as I look back on my training log). This thinking has been supported and advocated for by the coaching advisory services of Jeremy and Chris.
