Notes

Felt alright on warm up so decided to proceed and do my planned hill workout, albeit at a tad below my normal workout intensity, still a really good workout especially for my quads- started with a quarter-mile incline then a steep short descent, then 1.25 miles all uphill not insanely steep but enough to start the quad burn, turned around back down it, then ran the 3 mile out-and-back course I did regularly in high school of many short steep hills that take 1-2 minutes to climb each, still feeling decent so I ran the out-and-back again (unfortunately had to walk at one point for horses- so annoying) but the second time my right foot pained me a little as did my right hip, then went up the steep hill and incline descent to finish, ran most of the uphills fairly quick, not my best workout but a valiant effort for how my legs are feeling- like crap
