Solid LR. First time I've gone sub 7:30 on a 2 hour run, which is good--means I'm rounding into shape. Also, definitely notice how cooler weather works to my benefit on these runs.
Anyhow, here's the splits:

So, looks like the first mile really just got the cobwebs out and by the middle, I was really beginning to move. Same deal as last week: sipped Gatorade @ 12 miles, but from there on out, it was on--very sustainable, very relaxed. Wasn't straining on the last few miles, although obviously turned it up a tad on the last mile or so...all-in-all, very good run.
