This was the "Rob" power walking run! Multiple breaks as I watched the legendary Charlotte Power Walker "Rob" as he demonstrated his elite level of fitness and was so fast at walking, I had to run just to keep up. I think he's aiming to become the Master's Olympic Power Walking Champion!
