Christmas Day in Richmond Hill, Ontario, w/ light snow falling; Decided to do a 'long' run today; 15 F, with a slight snowy breeze up Bayview. Wore running shorts under pants..nice alternative to spending $45. for a pair of briefs that I would only wear a few times. Actually felt quite warm, despite the temps.
Upper quadracep a bit tight...feels like a slight strain, most likely from trying to keep balance in snow.
