16 F, and overcast...drastic change from the 40 degree temps in San Antonio. Windy coming up Yonge St..had to dodge a few downed tree limbs on the sidewalk; First day able to run after ice storm...felt nice to get out. Should have packed wind briefs and warmer gloves.
