Notes
Ran two circuits around Camp Shields. Stopped the watch at each station. Stations were:
1. 10 knee to elbows & 20 T-Push-ups
2. 10 pull-ups & 15 bar dips
3. 10 knee to elbows w/twist & 15 spider-man push-ups
4. 15 box jumps
5. 10 burpees w/jump to a pull-up
6. Backwards run uphill
Had planned on doing 3 circuits, but I was whipped after 2! I didn't quite make all my pull-up reps on the 2nd circuit, but I gave it my best.
