Took it easy for the first 8 and then ramped it up a little on the way back. Right hamstring felt great (the one I injured in July), but the left hamstring was a little tight/sore. Heart rate was a little high for the pace I was running, but that's probably due to the 2 week running break (and maybe also the humidity). Did a good amount of stretching before and after. Also did some foam roller and stick massage afterward.
