Justin kicked my ass tonight. I would have been fine if I took yesterday off. I kept up for the first mile & that was it. I never caught up with him after that. I saw him head for the Green Trail but I decided to go straight to the trailhead & call it a day. I was spent, physically & mentally. I think 6 days in a row will be my limit, at least for now. I'll pick up the pieces on Friday.
