1 mile up/down on grass then 12x200 (alternating direction) with short walk back for recovery. Trying to hit about 35 seconds for each and did 2 sets of 5 then walk 200 back to start for next set, with final set of 2 to round out the total. Feeling pretty good most of the way and hit pace pretty consistently.
