Easy run, keeping it pretty easy and focus on turnover.
Laps - 8:25, 8:12, 8:16, 8:14, 8:11, 8:12, 8:13.
Noticed lookinng at the splits and max paces on watch that it was actaully very steady pace. Hit 6:53 at one point but most max paces were mid 7's.
