6.1m on treadmill; first mile a warmup at 9:10; first three miles at 8:27 (gradually increasing speed to near 7:30 pace); then 3.1 miles at 7:23 pace (no stopping, not an interval workout). Last mile was at 7:03. Was tough but felt very good and strong. Overall pace would've been much better without first mile as warmup.
