Hat, LS U/A, Old Navy fleece pullover, shorts.
My right hammy was a bit wonky today, probably from my workout on Saturday (lots of squats). I decided a nice easy run might help loosen things up. So far, so good. The run started out at about a 3.5-ish effort, and ramped itself up to about 5 by the end (I swear, I had nothing to do with it). But it felt good, so I'm not worried.
No striders today.
