Interval Comment: "MADD shelter to Rockledge & back, then about 1/5 out and back the other way"
Comment: "Ran with Paul T, Scott E and Buddy ? for first 5 miles and then slowed a bit and ran the rest with Tammy S. Did 40 minutes for first 4.5 miles! Great run, nice to be able to quit without being totally waxed."
