Ran to CAC to meet Ava, took longer route. Last mile or so, thought about how to engage my hamstrings more when running. Visualize reaching out with your foot and pulling the ground back with less emphasis on pushing off with the back foot, more on pulling with the forward foot. Don't have a clue if it does anything, just thought it was interesting...may play with it some more.
