Interval Comment: Entire Northshore trail with 1 mile double back (2 ways)
Comment: "Good run, knees were a bit tender, but overall not too taxing. Started out with Shawna and Dave, picked up Rusty at 6:30. Rusty and I ran to Twin Coves from Rockledge, he turned back and I continued alone to end of trail. When I doubled back, I picked up Shawna and returned to end of trail and back to MADD shelter."
