Interval Comment: MADD shelter on Northshore trail to Rockledge Park back to MADD to Northgate and back
Comment: "Ran with Shawna at 6 am, then picked up Dave B at 8. We took it easy on the slick/wet trails, but all in all had a good run. I was really fried at the end, as my week of travel, poor eating and illness was catching up."
