Comment: "Just went out shooting for a couple hours of easy running. Felt really good the entire run. Took walk breaks whenever I wanted. Even took a break at a park to eat some cookies and take Ecaps (about 1 hour into run). This is the way to enjoy running, touring the city and taking in the sights. The pool felt great when the run was over!"
