Interval Comment: Did 6 loops at HQ trail
Comment: "I'm back! After a terrible weekend and beginning of the week, I got out at lunch today and said, self, let's do at least six miles...needless to say, we got lost counting the laps and were enjoying being back on the trail. Felt a little tired the first loop, but pushed through it and then slowed down quite a bit on the last loop."
