Interval Comment: Did treadmill hill workout
Comment: "Started at 4 mph, and did 1/2 mile at 15 degrees. Recovery for 1/4 mile, then another 1/4 at 15 d. Broke for some strength stuff, then did another mile, alternating between 8 d and 15 d for each quarter from 4-5 mph."
