Went out with Jay witherel, Shawna, Deborah and Carol Bradshaw. Headed toward Rockledge Park first, then returned to MADD, was running only with Jay by the time of our return (about 1:53). Headed out with Jay toward far gate and Jay turned around at the 6 mile marker, leaving me to go the balance solo. Slowed down a lot, as knees were yelling at me... Finished out the 18 in under 4 hours...could have been much faster!
