Good workout...actually didn't run at all. Did about 40 min on stationary bike (tapering and nursing sore left calf) and when I got done, I felt like my thighs were as big as my waist! Afterward, did push-ups and leg raises, along with toe raises and some curls, pull-ups and other weights.
