Interval Comment: From Rockledge to a little over a mile past the MADD shelter and return
Comment: "Started out from Rockledge and pushed hard, arriving at MADD shelter in 46:26. Continued on from MADD until I met Paul T, then turned around and ran with him back to Rockledge. I pushed really hard in the first part, with some miles well under 10 min. Running with Paul, probably pushed a little harder than I would have alone! Great run, really sweaty!"
