Interval Comment: "Did entire Northshore Trail plus half again, with a little overlap."
Comment: "Wanted to get done early, so I started alone at the MADD shelter and went to Rockledge Park and back. The time passed quickly, as I was pre-occupied with my spider stick. Before 25 minutes had past, I had collected a whole colony of spiders in the branches and then they got to competing to see who was the baddest on the stick, it was amusing (doesn't take much at 3:30 in the am). Surprised how hot it was, although it cooled down to 84 degrees at about 5:15 am. Oh well, was pretty pleased with the run, but ran out of gas a bit in the last 2 miles. Ran the last 18/19 with Jay Norman. Great guy and lots of advice about trail running. Definately would like to run more with him."
