Comment: "Pretty sore and stiff from yesterday's 50K. Went out a little fast at 9 min miles, then slowed down and hooked up with a couple of Galloway folks, one first timer. I enjoyed helping her through the race, finished comfortably and happy to have done two races in one weekend. Plan on taking it easy til after Christmas"
