Interval Comment: Two loops of HQ trail
Comment: "Woke up to rain, thunder and lightning and threat of hail. Instead of doing the usual run from home, I dressed and went into work to run at HQ. The rain had stopped so I just went out on the trails. Felt pretty good, a little tired at end."
