Weather: clear and 70 degrees
Interval Comment: Home to 121 S to Alma and return to home
Comment: Went out to test leg and happy to report that there were no problems whatsoever! No sign of calf problem. Wore trail shoes and stayed mostly on soft surface. Did some fast walk on about 25 minute intervals (for 5 min). Good to run w/o pain
