Interval Comment: "Did Northshore trail at Lake Grapevine. Started at MADD shelter and went to end of trail and back, then to Rockledge park and back"
Comment: "Went out for some more night running with Paul Tidmore and his wife, Ginger. We went out conservatively, but picked it up a bit, particularly after daylight. Good run!"
