Interval Comment: From home up Hardin to Provine to Kensington Creek to Valley Creek to Eldorado to Hwy 75 service road north to Valley Creek and back home.
Comment: "Felt OK, left hamstring is bothersome! Did more walking than I should, tried out my new Garmin Forerunner. It shows my 6.5 mile circuit to be 6.1 miles, a bigger gap than I expected. I will need to verify!"
