Interval Comment: "Murell park to north gate, back to Murell, and out and back almost to Rockledge."
Comment: "Pretty good run. Ran with Dave B and we were great for the first 5 or 6, then I started to chafe pretty badly (patty shorts) and it really got bad fast. Back at the car (11 miles), I greased up with Bag Balm, but the damage was done. It felt better, but now the legs were really getting tired.Gotta train more!"
