Interval Comment: Northshore trail from MADD shelter to both ends and back
Comment: "Night run with the NTTR group. Predicted 4:52 and thought that would keep me going slow. Ended up 9 minutes faster, mostly cause I went out really fast with some of the new members (Alex and Stan). We did first half (mostly before it was too dark) in 1:37! Felt pretty good, but didn't want any more when done."
