Went with trail marking party to Ouray, drove up to Governors Basin to where the aid station will be set up. We hiked/ran up to Virginius Pass and got to experience the snow fields on the last three pitches up to the top. It was incredibly steep and we even had some hail/show with strong temp drop. This was the first day above 13,000. Butt slid/ ran back down to start!
