Met up with a few friends before the NTTR meeting for a little running in Arbor Hills park. Ended up getting to the park without socks, so ran without them... not such a good idea with the HR 09's! Three blisters to show for my effort! The old HR's were more forgiving of naked skin... Oh, well... it was a run!
