Ran from Wrightwood, CA (The Pines Hotel) up Acorn Trail to gain access to the Pacific Crest Trail. Proceded to Inspiration Point, then to Vincent Gap. Sat on a split rail fence and ate my Summer Sausage and cheese stick dinner around 9 pm, while listening to a local tell me I should go on up the 2700 climb to the top of Baden-Powell! Anyway, turned it around and headed back to the hotel. During the run, I saw 2 rattlesnakes, one actually rattled at me!
