Started out on this run short of breath... NEVER seamed to catch up. Felt from the beginning that the effort was hard, but kept pushing on. Continually felt I was breathing and heart rate was high. I was beginning to feel that this was a crappy run until I pulled up back in my driveway and looked at the watch...
Knees were both a bit klunky, but were not a factor in the run... I consider this a good thing!
