Temp much nicer, mid 60's, started out with 30-30 for mile 1, mile 2 I tried to stretch it out but still had breathing/coughing/feeling tired after a few minutes. Not as bad but still an issue of note. For mile 3, I tried to stretch the running to 2 minutes then 30 and pushed the pace, it went ok but was a struggle, seemed like I was right on the verge of coughing/catching my breath. So the question is, is that my fitness or is it something I should have checked. With family history, I will go on in and make sure that the heart and/or lungs are ok.
