Felt better than yesterday, that said very humid (for MN), so it quickly became a struggle. Issues breathing when HR went over 130. Chose to walk 2 miles to see how it went for the Keys. Then did a 30-60 - run/walk for the last 3 miles. The last mile I overheated again so it turned slower.
