As a run it was not a good one, a bit too warm and humid for me along with knee pain aggravated by the shoes I wore. They are soft and a bit squishy probably better for walking then running. I continue to take it easy on the knee as it's been 5 weeks since surgery and the tweak from last week set me back a week or so.
