Since I have been fighting off some bug (allergies, something???), I decided to slow everything down again. So I did 20/60, run/walk and I walked the hills to keep the HR lower. No major issues or concerns, it even allowed me a first workout in my Torin's, hopefully all the future runs go better :-).
