A run, after dealing with something for the last few weeks, I may be turning the corner, my resting HR has started heading back towards normal and I felt better than I have for a week or longer. I kept it at 20/50, run/walk splits and did not push the pace as I know I am a bit weak still. Am hoping the bug or whatever is gone and no further issues will impede my training and my life.
