It was a windy, icy run in LH. Enjoyed being out even though it slowed me down and I took pictures which slowed me down further. Didn't do run-walk splits per se but let the ice dictate the pace. Was glad i had screw shoes even if they didn't work as well as expected.
Looks like strava messed up on the import, my normal running app died and mapmyrun doesn't import into Strava via Garmin correct. Oh well.
