Had planned on getting in a little bit longer run but my right hamstring was telling me that would be a bad idea. It's very tight and it was icy so I decided to keep this one short, it seemed to bother me more when I was walking, I was doing 20/45, run/walk splits. So I will stretch it out and see how tomorrow goes.
